Bronze James Madison Presidential Medal 3" President Original Bag & Box 104

It has a bust of the President on the front.
Some of these have black smudges on the coin. I don't know if it could just wipe off since I don't want to open the original bag. See the pictures for marks. Some are perfect.

The back has the Inauguration information or other vignette on it. The medal is about 3 inches in diameter, 3/16 inch thick and weighs about 8 ounces. It is made of bronze.
