Automatic welding machine for roofing membranes and pool liners. The Leister UNIROOF 300 is the successor to the UNIROOF ST. The new UNIPLAN 300 is equipped with closed-loop temperature control, meaning that regardless of weather conditions, the welding temperature will always be stable.

Welding parameters (speed, airflow, temperature) are adjusted via a clear display. The narrow design and adjustable chassis beam allow for welding on firewalls and parapets at a distance of only 8-10 cm.

The new welding nozzle is the icing on the cake – high welding speed, larger contact area, ideal temperature distribution, easier insertion, and high resistance to corrosion and wear. Additionally, the welder can be equipped with a special scraper nozzle, which provides 25-30% higher weld strength on virtually any material, prevents char formation, solves most problems associated with welding difficult-to-process materials (e.g., TPO), and significantly improves welding efficiency in poor weather conditions.
