  • Upon delivery all buyers should first check to see if the packaging box has been cut or otherwise damaged; if so, please have the delivery agent sign on the commercial receipt or any paper acknowledging it; please also immediately take pictures of damaged product and/or packaging box and send them to seller ASAP. This rarely happens but if it does, rest assured that we'll together straighten it out.


IMPORTANT SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS

1. Spread a large piece of tarpaulin on the ground where you want your inflatable to stand and place it at the center;

2. Locate the zipper doors at the back of the base/feet of your inflatable and place 3 sandbags (each weighing about 10-15 lbs) inside ;

3. Locate the inflation (air intake) sleeve at the base/feet and tie it over the mouth of the blower before inflation; you can tie the ropes/straps  to the loops on the inflatable either at this time or after it’s completely inflated; the inflatable should lie on its side at this point;

4. Have a couple of helpers gently push from the back while having a couple of people gently pulling the straps in the front to make it stand up; you can only tie up the straps or ropes to the stakes, sandbags or nearby fixtures as the last step;

5. Check air pressure inside balloon by feeling/pressing your inflatable; the rule of thumb is that your inflatable is best kept up with minimum air pressure; if it feels too tight or firm please open the zipper doors partially to release some pressure.

CAUTIONS - Please do not use in winds 25 mph or higher and please air dry it when wet before folding away for storage.
