This pull-up-bar speed bag kit includes the clamp mount, spring, red speed bag, and hand pump. The bag holds air normally and the included pump does work, but it takes effort to fully inflate.

I’m selling this because I could not get it to work well on my door-mounted pull-up bar. When I tested it, the clamp created a slight rattle and the bag didn’t return evenly. It may simply require a permanent wall-mounted or ceiling-mounted bar, or a stronger/stationary pull-up bar setup. I’m not very experienced with speed bags, so it’s possible I’m using it incorrectly or missing a proper mounting setup.

Bag condition:

– No cracks or damage noted
