1. All of our parts are made to order with overwhelming back log. The current production wait time is roughly 6-8 weeks. Please do not purchase if unable to allow time. 

2. We will be printing shipping labels earlier when parts are roughly 80% nearly completion. After shipping label is printed, we will finish up production then send out 1-2 weeks later. 

3. Production can be unpredictable and sometimes we need to redo process when part don't come out good.

4. We understand our wait time is long. You may have made the purchase not knowing about the wait. Please contact us and we will be happy to cancel order and issue full refund. There is no need to post Negative Feedback due to misunderstanding.
