Mystique (a.k.a. American Multiple Industries) published (ahem) "Beat 'Em & Eat 'Em" in 1982, an "adult" game for the Atari 2600 with a tie-in to the Swedish Erotica brand of adult entertainment. It's basically a version of Avalanche or Kaboom!, where the player uses an Atari paddle controller to catch the output of an apparently very well-hydrated gentleman enjoying himself on the rooftops. These games were unique at the time, sold "under the counter" and via mail order at a time well before the ESRB existed.
