Pre owned lights have been tested and are in working order. The base has some minor blemishes and discoloration from age and use. The box is rough, plenty of wear from years of use. I’m including the 8 bulbs shown in the photos. As of the time of this listing they all worked properly, I can’t guarantee that they will all still work once the USPS gets ahold of it!
