Used plastic head from Minn Kota 365 5 speed 28lbs trolling motor. If yours gets damaged this is a replacement. The lower part of the motor went bad . So I kept this top. It includes the switches but I can’t guarantee them . It does include the screws. As pictured. Please see attached pictures and ask any questions before purchasing z this item is not returnable.
