How to Use:
1. Switch Control
There are three positions on the switch control. Before operating, make sure the motor is completely stopped and the start stop switch is not pressed:
Forward (CW): Move the direction switch to the corresponding forward position.
Reverse (CCW): Move the direction switch to the corresponding reverse position.
Actuator Lock: Push the control switch to the middle position, the actuator cannot be used at this time.
2. Start/Stop and Speed Adjustment
Start: Pull the actuator, the LED light will turn on, the tool can run between 0 to full speed. Speed Adjustment: Control the speed by adjusting the force applied to the actuator. The harder you pull, the more fast the speed.
Stop: Release the actuator, the electric brake will immediately stop the tool from running.
3. Screwing Operating
Align the bit with the screw head and apply pressure to the tool. Slowly start the tool and gradually increase the speed. When the clutch actuators, release the actuator immediately to stop the operating. Before screwing into wood, it is recommended to refer to the Wood Screw Specifications and Corresponding Pre Drilling Hole Diameters Table for pre small holes to facilitate operating and prevent workpiece cracking. Refer to the user manual for specific corresponding relationships.
4. Drilling Operating
Pre Drilling Preparation: Turn the adjustment loop to align the pointer with the corresponding mark.
5. Drilling Requirements for Different Materials
Wood: Use woodworking drill bits with guiding screws. The guiding screws can pull the drill bit into the workpiece, improving drilling effectiveness.
Metal: Before drilling, use a center punch and hammer to make a dent at the drilling point to prevent the drill bit from slipping. Except for iron and brass that can be drilled dry, use cutting lubricant when drilling other metals.
Stone: Add water during drilling to avoid overheating the tool.
