Preowned with minor signs of wear and use. I purchased this new in 2004 and have not worn it much at all. Zipper works like it should. It has two pockets inside and two pockets outside. End of sleeves has snaps to adjust the fit. Has elastic at the bottom that still works like it should. Measures 24.5” wide from pit to pit and 27” long from top to bottom.
