- Flexible Configuration: The hole distribution on this spoilboard has been redesigned to fit the mini size clamps. 24 holes in total, and each hole is 6mm (0.24 in) apart. No need to worry about mounting clamps being too far apart
- Scale Grid: The front of the board is printed with a scale grid in centimeters. This makes the fixed position of the engraving material clear and accurate.
- Material: MDF (Medium-Density Fibreboard). MDF is very dense translating into more weight with enhanced strength and durability. Size is 300 x 180 x 12mm (11.81x 7.09x 0.47 in).
- Compatibility: This spoilboard is compatible with most 3018 series router machines on the market, including 3018-PRO, 3018-PROVer, 3018-PROVer Mach3 and 3018-MX3 (Note: it isn't compatible with 3018-PROVer V2). You can easily install the spoilboard on the machine according to the easy-to-understand installation guide.
- Application: A spoilboard is a disposable workbench mounted above the router’s table. Usually used when cutting or carving wooden materials.The MDF spoilboard is used as a base to cut on so that your CNC table is not damaged by the cutting tools. It can ensure the stability of the cutting material, thereby achieving more precise cutting.

Note:
- Make sure the MDF spoilboard is secured well to the machine bed.
- Make sure the CNC material is clamped tight to the MDF spoilboard / machine bed, or you will get vibration, chatter, poor cut finish, and can possibly break your cutting bit.
- Do not use any lubricant when you use an MDF spoilboard. It will swell and expand if it gets wet. So using spray or mist coolant or oils is not recommended.

Compact Hole Distribution:
