This item appears to be and was represented as a Signed Rusty Wallace item. Signature is similar to others including another signed Rusty item I have on ebay acquired at the same event. I did not witness the signing and there is no COA.

Acquired at a charity auction at least 10 years ago. Car is new in unopened package and in nice condition. Packaging shows some slight shelf wear including a wrinkle in the backing card above the hanging hook opening and a little dimple on the blister between the 6's on the car. Blister has yellowed quite a bit due to age. Some old price sticker residue is on the back of the backing card.

This car was part of an 8 car Short Track Champions release in 1993 that included ASA or NASCAR Late Model Camaros driven by drivers including Butch Miller, Dick Trickle, Mark Martin, Davey Allison, Ernie Irvan, and Harry Gant. These cars were all sold in the blister pack. An eighth car in the series was limited edition sold in PVC Box for Alan Kulwicki.
