Offered here is a true U.S. First Edition, First Printing of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, published July 2000 by Scholastic / Arthur A. Levine. This volume is a genuine collector’s item, retaining the unique printing errors that were corrected in subsequent printings:

• Page 291 error : * Missing word “know” in the sentence “I don’t... who put [his name in the Goblet of Fire]?” — it should read “I don’t know who put...”.

• Page 667 error : In the “Priori Incantatem” scene, the order of the ghosts is reversed — James Potter emerges before Lily Potter, instead of the correct Lily-then-James sequence.
