The piece is in fair/good condition for its age but a hard-to-find piece in blue, yellow, and red outift. Approximately 16 inches from base to top of top hat. Some wearing of paint due to age. Blue and pink paint drippings on several places and chip on the rim of the top hat at his back. Please take time to look at the photos for additional information of condition.
