This updated MKII model supports LAN (Telnet), RS-232C and IR remote operation, making it a perfect fit for integrated media systems. Shipping

Once you have bought an item from Red Apple AV Ltd, we will dispatch it same day if bought before noon that day (some built to order furniture will be dispatched later, please check the timescale on the listing), we only use carriers that we trust to get your item to you quickly and safely, most of our items are sent on a next working day service by DHL or DPD, other items are sent by Royal Mail 48 or Second Class and UPS 2 Day service, and are normally delivered within 2-5 days if being sent by an economy delivery service, most items have an upgrade option for next working day delivery (Weekends & Bank Holidays excluded) for a small additional cost.

If buying from overseas, we offer shipping via the eBay Global Shipping Service (GSP), timescales vary and I need to impress on you that you will be paying eBay to ship your item from the UK to your Country address, not us and we are only responsible for delivery to the UK GSP centre, any delivery issues should be directed to eBay not us, but we are happy to try and help should there be an issue.

Returns
