Comes inside its original blue presentation case along with the fourteen individual Certificates of Authenticity, a glossy information booklet about the medals and the outer white paper box.  The outer white box has some split/unglued corners and writing/wear in spots.

Each of the fourteen proof bronze medals measures 50mm in diameter and comes inside a clear plastic case.

Only 3,000 examples of each of the medals were minted. 

Each medal has a small sterling silver inlay on the reverse.
