Up for sale is the steel book version of Avenger's Endgame.  It contains 3 discs. The Blu ray disc, the 4K Ultra HD disc and the bonus disc. I don’t know if this came with a sleeve but it doesn't have a sleeve. 

The Bonus disc and the Blu-ray disc have been tested and are working. I don't know if the 4K Ultra HD disc works because I don't have a 4K player. The 4K disc has some smudges on it that won't come off. I don't know if that would affect it playing (see the last picture).
