Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your order and estimate its arrival time.

Delivery Issues

In the unlikely event of any delivery issues or if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours. We cannot consider claims for transit damage beyond 48 hours following delivery. We are here to assist you and ensure that any problems are resolved promptly. 

We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with our products. If you have any issues with your machine, please contact us via eBay message. Usually one of our knowledgeable team will be able to get you up and running in no time.

If, however, we are unable to identify the issue you may wish to return your product.

Order Cancellation: If you place an order and wish to cancel that order on the day of purchase, this is fine. Please get in touch with us and receive our confirmation before 2pm on the day of purchase to prevent your order being shipped.

Change of mind (new and unused condition only) within 14 days of delivery: If your item is in new, unused, and still in original unopened packaging and you have simply changed your mind, there will be a service charge of up to 5% to contribute towards carriage, handling and restocking. We will just need to check the machine over once received back into our warehouse before the refund is issued.

Received Damaged:  If your parcel is received damaged, please ensure that this is noted with the delivery person. It is vital that you contact us immediately to ensure that we are able to make a claim with the courier. We will require photographic evidence of the damaged item and packaging. Please advise us of transit damage within a maximum of 24 hours. We will then arrange for collection and replacement or refund.

Faulty items: In the unlikely event that your machine develops a fault, for your safety and to prevent further damage, please stop using it immediately. Should your item develop a fault within 14 days of delivery you may request a return for replacement, repair or refund. We have a vast range of parts for our machines in stock and for your convenience, we are usually able to identify the issue over the telephone and get a replacement part out to you quickly. Most faults can be rectified without any prior knowledge or expertise. Faults reported outside of 14 days of purchase will be subject to our standard warranty terms and conditions.

Important Information: For the safety of our couriers and our staff, we cannot accept returns of items which have not been drained of fuel and oil where this is applicable. Failure to so will result in your return being rejected, as there is a risk of fire and serious injury. Collection Policy: We are happy to include two collection attempts free of charge. To help avoid any unnecessary costs, please ensure the package is ready for collection. If a third attempt is required, the following re-collection fees will apply: Under 30kg: £12.50 30kg ? 69kg: £19.95

Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you through eBay messages and give you the option of continuing at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, or we cannot reach you, the order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund through eBay.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Genpower Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from any breach of these terms by you.

Payment and Ownership

All purchases are paid for in full through eBay checkout at the time of purchase. We dispatch your order once eBay confirms payment.

Ownership of any and all goods forming an order shall not pass to you, the buyer, until payment has been made in full.

Deliveries in Instalments

Genpower Ltd reserves the right to deliver an order in instalments. Any delay in, or failure to deliver, a further instalment shall not entitle the buyer to reject the contract or the delivery of any other instalment.

Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices in our listings are accurate, errors may occur. Pricing errors are handled as set out above.

(c) Payment

All products are supplied on a payment up-front basis through eBay checkout. Only upon receipt of full payment will your products be dispatched to you.

(d) Receipt of Products and Refunds

Once an order has been placed and paid for, your product will be dispatched in a timely manner with tracking information provided through eBay. Returns are handled as set out in the Returns tab and under eBay's Money Back Guarantee. Purchases outside the return period are subject to our warranty terms. ACCEPTING DELIVERY: please check the condition of your product(s) IMMEDIATELY upon delivery.
