Installation

  • Remove the outer casing.
  • Select the installation position and mark the punch position. (Select 5 installation points)
  • Punch holes at the mark points. (Tool: an 8mm/0.3inch drill)
  • Use a pull riveter to fix the pull rivet nut at the marked hole.
  • Fixed the damping pad and sleeve at the marked points on the external machine.
  • Fixed the external machine.
  • Install the internal machine: install an expansion valve.
  • Fixed internal machine mounting plate.
  • Fixed the internal machine.
  • 3/8inch pipe (high-pressure pipe) connected to the condenser. 
  • Connect internal and external machine wires and power cord.
  • Connect internal and external pipes, and fixed the evaporation box.
  • Connect internal and external wires.
  • Install the drainage pipe.
  • Vacuum for 15-20 minutes.
  • Refill refrigeran t (Pure R134a) 400-450g/0.88-0.99lbs.
  • The power cord is connected to the battery.
  • Install the outer casing.
  • Winding tape to fix the internal and external machine connecting pipe and the internal and external machine connecting wire.
  • The installation is complete.
