Orders will be processed winthin 1-2 working days.
1. When your purchase order contains multiple items, we may send the items to you in multiple packages. If something is missing in the first package you received, please do not open a case or return it. Rather, please contact us immediately, we will check if your order is sent via multi packages.
2.Your items will be delivered by DPD/Evri/Yodel/XDP/Pall-Ex (UK). Under normal circumstances, the estimated time for receiving the goods is within 1 to 3 working days, with possible delays in certain regions.
If you have any logistics problems, please feel free to contact us.
We offer 5 years extended warranty for ALLPOWERS power stations, 2 years warranty for ALLPOWERS solar panels, and 1 year warranty for ALLPOWERS connection cables.
We accept 30 days returns.
Please contact our customer service immediately if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel the order.
In case of change of mind, returned items must be in resalable condition and returned in their original packaging with all accessories. Please note that we may not be able to cancel an order if it is already in transit until it arrives.
Please do not return the product prior to getting instruction from our customer service to avoid the risk that your returned item is not identifiable.
