The antique circa. 1899 Elgin 16 Size 15 Jewel pocket watch is a vintage timepiece featuring a mechanical (manual) movement with Roman numerals on a white dial. This open face pocket watch has a screwback caseback and is not water resistant. The watch shows expected wear for its age. The case is nickel plated with a design on the back and edges. I don't know much about it other than what the previous owner had told me about it being gummy. Sold as is.
