This is in great condition with no cracks or chips.  I'm seeing this vase (milk glass) has only been offered like 10 times in the last 15 years on Ebay according to Worthpoint records.  That's my searching using the few key words of: Westmoreland, milk, lotus, & vase.

So I'm not going by what this has been sold for by people in the past; they didn't know it was extra special. 

This is a signed Westmoreland with a "W" inside of an oval G on the underside of the base.  I've provided a nice picture of it, after angling it just right to make it visible. Someone wouldn't notice it with a quick glance.  It measures 10-5/8"H x 3"W

The Lotus design was first produced in the 1920's. It was less produced between 1950 and the closing of the plant. The ones that were produced in those later years were said to be in the ruby stain alternating with  clear glass.  So the Westmoreland mark is said to be late 1940's and the color seems to be prior to 1950, so late 1940's seems like a good guess.
