How to Use
1. Tighten the nut when the output cable is connected to the output pole.
2. Clamp the workpiece on the black output cable near the tungsten needle with the fixture (Usually the distance between the tungsten needle and the workpiece is 0.5 to 1.2mm.).
3. Fix the welding position and move the foot pedal to produce a high-temperature arc between the workpiece and the tungsten needle.

Notes
1.Please check whether the power supply matches the voltage. The machine power supply should be plugged into the primary power supply socket, not into the secondary power supply socket (e.g. electric plug).
2.The welding test must be tested on the weldment. Please try to avoid triggering the switch without the weldment. During the welding test, the current should be adjusted from small to large.
3.During the welding process, the workpiece must not be located in the tip of the tungsten needle or step on the pedal, which may lead to a short circuit of the machine.
4.Two electrodes and welding needles should not touch each other to avoid short circuits. Please do not step on the pedal for too long, just step on it once and then start immediately, otherwise, it will be easy to short-circuit.
5.Please don't put the machine in a wet place and please keep it dry. Please do not touch it with wet hands. Please have the machine maintained by professional workers.
6.Strong light will be released when welding. Please wear protective glasses (not included) and do not look directly at the welding part when welding.
7.Please keep the electrode clean. After working a while, it is recommended to sharpen the needle to remove impurities before continuing to use it.
8.Please read the operating manual completely before use and pay particular attention to the safety instructions included.
