Watch is in good shape though has some signs of use though the original gray bezel piece cracked so it was replaced with a gold color bezel piece, it doesn't seem to fit snug but it still fits onto the watch well where it isn't noticeable. I have put in a new battery and the watch works properly.

Will have original packaging, stand isn't included.
