It was only used 3-4 times before being safely stored away. The bag is complete and includes the shoulder strap and bottom bag liner insert. The inside pouch is in perfect condition with strong velcro patches. The bag has only tiny cosmetic blemishes, perfect zippers, and no holes or stitching damage.
