Mint: Small to no whitening on back or(and) a light scratch. 

NM (Near Mint): Minor whitening on back or(and) light scratch.

LP (Lightly Played): Minor edge wear, scratches or(and) light crease.

MP (Moderately Played): Moderate to major edge wear, scratches or(and) light crease.

HP (Heavily Played): Significant Major edge wear, scratches or(and) small crease.

(Damaged): A major crease, bend, scratch or puncture to the card.
