The Kiwi Brand No. 171P chef’s knife is a trusted all-purpose kitchen knife, designed for everyday tasks such as slicing meat, chopping vegetables, and mincing herbs.

Inspired by Japanese knife styles such as Santoku and Deba, this knife features a super-thin blade that is lightweight, sharp, and exceptionally easy to control.

The blade is made from SUS 420J2 Japanese martensitic stainless steel, heat-treated and tempered to deliver outstanding sharpness and durability. The ergonomic black polypropylene handle is hygienic, strong, and easy to clean.
