Unpainted PU Notes (Normal Conditions / Expectations)

This is an unpainted raw PU part. Because of the manufacturing process and the nature of PU, the following can be normal and are typically addressed during prep/paint. Always TEST-FIT before paint.
  • Minor surface texture, light molding lines, or small waves
  • Slight shape variation from packaging and temperature during shipping
  • PU is flexible. Warm sunlight / warm room can help it return to shape. Low heat may assist reshaping carefully before installation.
Finish Note (Unpainted Raw PU): Final finish (gloss / satin / matte) depends on your prep & paint choice for your desired look.

  • 3M automotive double-sided tape + adhesion promoter (recommended)

Installation Prep (Recommended)

  • Test-fit before paint/drilling
  • Drilling is required in most cases (mounts to the bottom of the OEM bumper)
  • Surface must be clean and dry for best adhesion
  • Screws/bolts may be used for reinforcement depending on bumper condition
  • One-piece tip: mark mounting points during test-fit, then install evenly from center outward for best alignment

Installation (Important)

  • Installation manual is not included — this is a DIY / professional installation item
  • Drilling is required in most cases (mounts to the bottom of the OEM bumper)
  • Always TEST-FIT on the vehicle before any paint / drill / cut / sand
  • Prep work is required for best paint results (clean, sand, prime, paint)
