You’ve got here a big ol’ Washburn J-8 guitar. 18 1/4 inch lower bout, 13 1/2 inch upper, 9 3/4 inch waist. 25” scale length, 1 3/4 inch nut, 2 1/2 inch string spacing at bridge. Cedar top and mahogany sides and back. Structurally it looks good, neck good and comfortable. Very little fret ware. Cosmetically pretty good for a guitar I don’t think ever had a case. Scratch in finish on back and here and there around the guitar. The one issue is on the top near the edge of the lower bout. It’s pictured. Not really sure what’s going on. Looks to be in the finish, maybe a surface crack. Sorry to say I’m just not sure. It was there when I bought the guitar. Neither the previous owner or I have been able to find any information about this J-8 guitar or find another one like it. If you have any info on it let me know. Thanks!
