Shipping Policy

 

Our shipping policy, as outlined, has up to 3 business days to ship, however, most orders ship much sooner. Items purchased during a holiday will ship within 3 business days after the holiday.

All items are shipped via the US postal system unless stated in the listing or if we find that an item can be shipped at a less expensive rate, we, as the seller, reserve the right to change shipper(s). Tracking information such as carrier and tracking number can be found in your purchase history once a shipping label has been created.

We, the seller, do not set the “Guaranteed” delivery date.  This is set by eBay.  If your package does not arrive on the set delivery date, please contact eBay.

Also, if your package says it has been “delivered” and you have not received your package, please contact your local post office along with your postal carrier.  In most cases, the package has been delivered to the wrong address.  Once and item has been shipped we the Seller no longer have any control over the item.

 

International Shipping

 

This item will be shipped through the eBay Global Shipping Program. We will ship to most, but not all locations around the world. We use Priority Mail, and it will include full insurance and delivery confirmation.

• “Import Duties", "Tariffs" and "Taxes" are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are imposed and collected by your country and are your responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs (if any) will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by your customs office when you pick the item up or upon delivery. Please do not confuse them with shipping charges, they are not. Buyers using the eBay Global Shipping Program will be shown this cost prior to purchase.

• We can NOT reduce the value on the "Customs Forms". The sales prices are automatically entered and also sets the maximum amount that the item can be insured for.

•  We cannot mark items purchased by you as "gifts".

 

Payment Policy

 

All credit card, debit card, and PayPal payments are processed by eBay.  Return credits are also processed by eBay and can take 3-5 business days to process and show back on your account.  Refunds can only be returned to the original form of payment.

Return Policy – Please read carefully!

 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your item for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase.   Please go to your Purchase History and click on the item you wish to return.  Click the Return Item or Exchange Item button.  Please package your item so it does not get damaged in return shipping.  Please make sure that if your package is shipped USPS Ground Advantage, that the item is returned USPS Ground Advantage mail and not Priority Mail.  Once we receive the item, the item will be inspected before proceeding with the refund.  Refunds are processed by eBay and can take 3-5 business days to show back on your account.  Refunds are charged back to the original payment method.  It is that easy!   

Items must be returned in new, unopened and in unused condition with all original materials and paperwork included with the shipment.  If for any reason any materials are left from your return or the item being returned is damaged (by fault of the buyer), we have the right (at our discretion) to keep 20-50% of your refund.  If an item being returned has been opened, we the seller have the right to keep 20% of the buyer’s refund as a restocking fee.  Open packaging is no longer considered a “New and Unopened” item.
