The cups are just shy of 4" tall, have a 3" diameter, and are 4" wide including the handle.  The Saucers are 1" at the highest point of the outer rim, and have a 5.75" diameter.  The bottom of the mugs settle snugly into the inside rim of the saucers.  There is also a 12th saucer included in this set.
