The set is brand new with the commercial seals intact.

The box is in very good if not excellent condition, there is a small crease as can be seen more clearly in the final photograph. Please look at the photographs which form an integral part of this description. 

As mentioned in some of my other listings this item was purchased for one of my children, unfortunately their enthusiasm for Lego didn't match their father's!
