- Returns Policy All items are sold as seen and as described. If the item is damaged in transit by the courier and returned within 14 days we will make a complete refund. We can't send replacements or give refunds until the original item has been returned to us and been inspected. When returning an item for whatever reason, please make sure it is well packaged for transit purposes and sent using secure tracked delivery service. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage during the return delivery. If a parcel gets lost in the post and the buyer will not provide a tracking number, we will not be able to make a refund. All items are security marked; please do not remove these markings.
