Return Policy / Warranty:

· 30 days return/refund policy. 15% Restocking fees may apply if the product is not return in original condition. 

· If the merchandise is defective, please contact us for warranty replacement through eBay message system.

· Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs for warranty replacements. We will provide complimentary shipping for the new replacement lamp.

· A unique serial number is assigned to each individual lamp.  Serial number can be found on the packaging, housing, and actual bulb. Warranty is void if the accrual serial number is removed, obliterated, or altered.
