1950s Original Tammis Keefe Cotton Linen Christmas Tea Towel Noel Midcentury
An original 1950s era textile and not a modern reproduction. Beautiful vintage Tammis Keefe 28” x 15”, assume cotton or linen, tea towel with a midcentury modernist graphic Christmas Noel decoration with Angels decorating a Christmas tree. Tammis was a renowned graphic designer who's successful textile designs could be found in the posh department stores of the 1950s, and today can be found in art museum design collections. Fresh from a fine old Denver estate, and offered with No Reserve.
Condition is excellent overall, may have been laundered lightly, no damage or repairs.
