You are bidding on a 2-item lot of 2 live 3 CD sets from the Dark Star Orchestra.  DSO is a jam band that “recreates The Grateful Dead Experience,” and they do a great job of it.  These live shows were recorded on April 20, 2005, in Norfolk, Virginia and December 31, 2008 In Baltimore, MD. The two shows total over six hours.

See photos for setlists and the DSO players.

The 6 CD’s are in like new condition; the cd’s look great. They play perfectly.  The digipaks are in mint condition, but for a small mark (sticker residue?) on the Norfolk show. These items have been stored at room temperature, in a smoke free home.  Please see photos of actual item being sold.

1.   Norfolk Virginia: Recorded on April 20, 2005, recreating the Grateful Dead setlist of October 9, 1976, CD’s are in great shape.  There is an excellent cover of Dylan’s “Tom Thumb,” and Smokey Robinson’s “Second That Emotion.”  There is a small mark on the bottom of the front cover, that seems to be sticker residue. (See Photos).  The show runs 2 hours and 38 minutes.

2.   Baltimore, MD: Recorded on December 31, 2008, recreating the Grateful Dead setlist from December 31, 1978 (New Year’s Eve!)   CD’s are in great shape.  This one is special.  A New Year’s Eve DSO show recreating a Grateful Dead New Year’s Eve show.  See Photos).  The show runs 3 hours and 25 minutes. So may favorites are played including “Terrapin,” “St. Stephen”, “Midnight Hour,” “All Over Now,” and more.  If you are into DSO at all, this show is one of our favorites.  Everything is in great condition; see photos for set list and players.
