Hello.  You are buying an almost mint CONDITION and Original 1968 Green PA CAR Inspection Sticker.  You are buying the EXACT inspection sticker with Serial # 3675757 as shown in the picture which you can enlarge to see some ink missing in the date section towards the bottom.  Notice this sticker is VOID after January 31, 1969 which means this was used on a CAR for 1968 actually.  You can apply the sticker to the windshield using a HARD CLEAR ELMERS GLUE STICK and rub it all over the face of the inspection sticker and then immediately apply the sticker to the windshield.  This is NOT some junk reproduction.  This is bone stock original and mint condition.
