I sell items that have been lost in the mail/in transit. These three readers were packed in WaveLynx boxes, so my guess is that someone bought the WaveLynx to replace the HID. I have no idea. Some are missing the screw that attaches the back plate or the screws you need to attach to the wall. Selling cheap. I do not accept returns for "changed my mind" or "no longer need" reasons, but since I have no way to double check the function of these, if they arrive and do not work, send me a video and we can do a return for you. The goal is not to sell anything that is broken, we just aren't set up to take returns for "changed my mind" reasons because we sell things so cheap.
