All items are sent in bespoke mailers with extra stiffeners. Since most of my items are sealed, I use a mixture of library and actual photos in order to accurately show the product that you will receive. The vast majority of my items are new without any faults. However, some do have very minor flaws such as corner dinks or internal seam splits. If this is the case, I will always attempt to picture these issues and describe them at the top of the description page. If there are no notes above or additional photos, you can assume that the item is perfect.
