Antique Victorian or Edwardian cabinet photograph of a group of Royal Navy officers on the deck of a ship.  It’s studio marked for A Lomer & Co of Queen Street, Brisbane, Australia, but is otherwise unidentified.  It measures approx. 6.5 by 4.25 inches.  In good condition, with just a little minor edge / corner wear to the card mount.
