The Rust Buster RB4067R Full‑Length Torque Box & Floor Support is engineered specifically for the **1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ and Wrangler Unlimited LJ** to replace the corroded or weakened torque box and floor support along the passenger side frame rail. This heavy‑duty repair section is precision laser‑cut from .125″ cold‑rolled steel to closely match the original frame contour, providing structural reinforcement where rust typically compromises integrity over time. The **EZ Slip design** allows the panel to slide over the existing frame rail for alignment prior to welding, making installation more manageable for experienced fabricators and professional installers.
Shipped in raw, uncoated form, the RB4067R requires welding for permanent installation and should be protected with paint or rust‑inhibiting coatings after installation to help prevent future corrosion.
