Shipping policy?

Our stipulated ship time is seven working days, and usually we will ship the goods within five natural days. We usually use ebay speedpak delivery to send to US&EU. It will take 15-20 days. We also use other carrier to deliver to worldwide.

Returns:

Please contact us first when return, exchange and refund is required. Any direct return of purchased items will not be processed.

Item must be returned in new condition, as received with all accompanied accessories and literature, including the factory carton. Shipping, handling is not refundable unless item is returned because of defect.
