Extremely rare vintage Soviet porcelain figurine titled “Uzbek Girl Pouring Tea” (also known as “Little Hostess”).
Created at the Dulevo Porcelain Factory (Russia, USSR) in the 1950s, this beautiful hand-painted piece was sculpted by O. M. Bogdanova, one of the most renowned Soviet ceramic artists.
A delicate portrayal of a young Uzbek girl in traditional national dress, pouring tea — a moment of kindness and hospitality frozen in porcelain.

The gold detailing and hand-painted decoration are bright and clean, showing no signs of wear.
The base stamp and colors remain crisp and vivid.

It truly looks as if it just came out of the factory, a rare find in such pristine state — museum-quality condition.

History:
This figurine is part of a limited postwar collection of national characters produced at Dulevo. Each piece was individually hand-painted, representing the diversity of Soviet republics and cultures. The craftsmanship and emotional realism of Bogdanova’s work make it one of the most collectible examples of Soviet mid-century porcelain art.
