their original packaging or their original package may show signs of
wear. Any other deficiencies will be in description.
USED (Perfect Condition) - Item cannot be verified
as new. Shows no signs of use or wear. All aspects are in
perfect condition.
USED (Excellent Condition) - Item is used with no or
very little signs of use or wear.
USED (Very Good Condition) - Item is used with very
few signs of use or wear.
USED (Good Condition) - Item is used with signs of
use or wear, such as stains, scratches, chips or other minor deficiencies noted
in description.
USED (Fair Condition) - Item is used with several
signs of use or wear, including broken pieces, stains, tears, cracks, chips or
other deficiencies noted in the description.
USED (For Parts Only) - Item is not in working or
usable condition and is being sold for parts only. No returns for items sold as ‘Parts Only’.
Shipping
We try to ship orders received before noon on the same
day. Orders received after noon will
ship out the following day (Monday - Friday). Normally all orders shipped
to the contiguous 48 states are received within 2 to 7 days of
shipping. Delivery times are determined by the type of shipping you
have chosen. Many things such as weather, location, and items in
order can factor in on delivery date.
International orders will take longer due to customs and distance. If you have questions, need it sooner or
shipped by a different carrier please contact us as soon as
possible. We only ship to the address on file with eBay.

Returns

‘Parts Only’. We process all returns by
eBay policy and procedures. We will not accept returns or issue
refunds outside of eBay. We accept returns of items in their
original condition. If you are planning on returning your item,
please do not remove any tags or alter the item in any way prior to returning
it. Please save all original packaging to return the
item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. All
returns must have a tracking number. We are not responsible for the
return package until the tracking number is marked as "delivered" to
our address. Once received, please allow 3 business days for your return to be
processed. If your package is damaged, please take a picture of the
damaged package prior to opening, as well as pictures of the damaged
item. We have detailed pictures of each item and record product
serial numbers before shipping every order for comparison. Turtle’s
Treasures will report any fraudulent activity.
