Repurposed Cobalt Blue Ruffled Glass Candle Holder

2" tall x 3 1/4" wide 

The piece will stand upright even though the bottom is not flat.

 The bottom part that may go into a candle hole is 3/4" wide

Not sure what this came off of or what it was at one time. It was in a lot with a bunch of votives.

Has a hole in bottom, otherwise in good condition with no chips or cracks.
