The RCA CC507 Camcorder owers on plays, zooms, rewinds, fast forwards, pretty much everything but record

The Hitachi 2270A Camcorder does not power on.  Both are being sold "as is", no returns, for parts or repair, no charger (battery for each is included but, can't say if they hold a charge or not).
