Nothing really brings out the
performance of an air-cooled engine quite like a dual carburetor kit.
Unfortunately, there are so many inferior kits out there full of Chinese
knock-off carbs and poor-quality linkage that do nothing but make your
engine run bad and ruin your VW experience. Luckily real Spanish-made
Weber carbs are still available! This kit comes from Redline, the
largest importer of Weber in the United States who has been making
quality kits to run Weber carbs on your VW since the 70s! This kit comes
with 2 x 34 Genuine Weber ICT carburetors along with a top quality
hexbar linkage that is designed for your aircooled VW engine. This carbs
are jetted by Redline for dual port VW engines in the 1600cc-1835cc range. However, regardless of engine size, depending on the vehicle
this is going in, your driving style, altitude and so on you may need to
adjust the jetting - we offer several different jet packs in our other
auctions and can also supply individual jets, emulsion tubes and other
parts if needed. These carbs will need to be synced after installation -
the tool to do this is NOT included.
This kit is specially designed to fit UNDER the engine cover of Type 3s.
It comes with short manifolds and air cleaners that are different than the ones in kits for upright engines!

We typically stock a lot of Weber carburetors and parts but, due to the sheer amount of different Weber parts available, we will occasionally warehouse from Redline. While it is unusual, sometimes we will run out of a Weber part and so will Redline and if we don't believe your order will ship within our 3-day handling window we will let you know so you can decide whether you want to wait for the part to restock or cancel and get a refund.
