The AutoMeter 50101 is a purpose-built dual-gauge cage designed for 1987–1993 Ford Mustang (Fox Body). It replaces one of the dash’s HVAC vents to mount two 2‑5/8″ gauges while maintaining air flow through the remaining vent openings.
Constructed from strong RevoTech / ABS plastic, the pod features a textured black finish that can be painted or left as-is to blend with your interior. Installation is straightforward: simply swap in the pod using existing dash vent mounting points. Gauges are not included, giving you flexibility to choose which instruments to display.
Ideal for performance or restoration builds, this pod allows you to neatly integrate vital gauges — such as oil pressure, temperature, or voltage — into the driver’s line of sight without compromising the dash’s original look or HVAC functionality. It’s a clean, factory-compatible solution for modern instrumentation in a classic Mustang.
