Vintage Proto Ball Peen Hammer, model 1308-P Original Hex Handle.
Great vintage hammer in great shape. 
The hammer face and peen faces look good. 
The original hexagonal handle is tight on the head - note the wear under the peen side.  
Overall length is lengh is 12 inches.  
The head is 3 inches long and 7/8 wide on the peen face
