The box has been opened and the hot sauce removed, however, all the cards and spoons are still in their factory-sealed packaging. The box and game are in new condition, as is the game instructions manual. The game includes 250 question cards and 8 spoons, all sealed and brand new. This current 2019 version no longer retails to the best of my knowledge.
